The vision of the Greater Life Music Department is to strive for excellence in all things, creating an atmosphere of worship that is conducive for spiritual transformation.

“Sing unto the Lord a new song, play skillfully with a loud noise.”

Psalm 33:3

The Music Department at Greater Life exists to build and develop the God-given talents of individuals through training and opportunities for those who participate, commit, and prepare faithfully. We strive for unity in every practice and service for the sole purpose of bringing glory to God and proclaiming the gospel through every note played and sung.

Our goals are to communicate with honesty, encouragement, positivity and respect; To fight against complacency and stagnation, endeavoring to reach forward unto growth, fresh ideas, and processes; To not settle with sufficiency, but push forward in determination into what God has for us individually, as a department, and for this church.

By keeping our eyes on Him and being sensitive to the leading of His spirit, we push toward the prize of the high calling in Jesus Christ.

Music Department Leader: Molly Langer

Born and raised in Minnesota, Molly Langer has a passion to serve in any capacity that is needed. At age fifteen, she started leading worship at Greater Life. God continued to grow her desire to work in ministry and led her to attend Bible College.

In 2016, she started her freshman year at Apostolic Bible Institute. She experienced many incredible opportunities, ministering in various states and church services alongside other students. In her junior year, she was given the opportunity to serve her class as Vice President. She recently graduated with her bachelors as a Music Major/Theology Minor in May 2020.

In January 2020, Molly stepped into the role of Music Department Leader. She also serves on the ministry team. Passionate about music and recognizing the power of worship, she strives to cast vision and lead the department further towards growth and excellence. Whether this is in a church service or over a virtual platform, her vision is to create an atmosphere of true worship where God can produce life transformations.

John 4:23-24, “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; God is a Spirit; and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.”
